We know what it means to have everything at your fingertips which is why we designed our facility to get you turned around quickly no matter how big or small your project. 15 feet of water at our docks. 15-foot controlling depth in the lagoon, St. Maarten Shipyard may be accessed from either the French side bridge or the Dutch side bridge.

Now hauling up to 85’ and 45’ beam on our 75 ton KMI Sea-Lift. The KMI Sea-Lift is the easiest and quickest way to launch and haul boats with almost any hull design using a typical boat ramp.

Conveniently located in Simpson Bay Lagoon, St. Maarten, the Shipyard can accommodate motor yachts and mega yachts up to 250’ with 20 or 40-foot container storage space (s) right at your dock. Other container space is available throughout the yard.

Available Shore Power, Metered water for convenient or long or short term maintenance or storage haul outs. Especially convenient access via tender through the Lagoon or car, taxi, rental or bus to the Princess Juliana International Airport and the Village of Simpsonbay which offers everything to Bakeries to Banks. Also just around the corner to Maho Baech, beach bars the casinos and nightlife! Close to Causeway easy access to Marigot. Onsite Bar and Restaurant open for lunch and dinner daily.
